What Daliva is

Daliva is an independent index that compares business services (payments, SMS, WhatsApp API, shipping, e-invoicing) available in Egypt. We are not a bank, a payment provider, a broker or an advisor, and we do not sell these services.

Any contract is between you and the provider. We are not a party to it.

Accuracy of information

We collect facts from public sources and from providers, and show the source and the date we checked. Prices and conditions change. Always confirm with the provider before you sign or pay. Values older than 90 days are shown in grey.

If you find a mistake, tell us through the “Report a problem” link. We do not promise the site is free of errors.

Ranking and sponsored listings

The organic ranking is calculated from published facts using the formula on the methodology page. Sponsored listings are labelled and placed above the ranking, outside it.

Your account and quote requests

You sign in with your email. You are responsible for what you send in a quote request. Contact details are shared with a provider only if you choose to share them with that provider.

Do not send spam, false information, or content that breaks the law.

Liability

The site is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses from decisions you make based on the site or from a provider’s service.
