Privacy

This notice explains what personal data Daliva collects and why, under Egypt’s Personal Data Protection Law No. 151 of 2020.

Last updated 23 Oct 2026

What we collect

Your email address when you sign in. Optionally your name and phone number. The brief you write in a quote request.

If you use the “describe your business” matcher, the text you type is processed to find providers. We store that text only if you tick the box that allows it.

Who sees your contact details

A provider receives your quote brief. Your name, email and phone are shared with each provider only if you explicitly agree for that provider. You can send the request without sharing contact details and reply through Daliva.

We do not sell personal data.

Provider verification documents

Documents uploaded for verification are stored encrypted and deleted 90 days after we review them.

Analytics and cookies

We measure usage with simple counts and with PostHog (product analytics, hosted in the EU), without cookies and without following you across sites. PostHog also records a sample of sessions (about 1 in 7) to help us fix the site; anything you type is masked, and sign-in, quote, contact, account and provider-inbox pages are never recorded. When you are signed in, these events are linked to your internal account number, never your email or phone. We use cookies only to keep you signed in, remember your language and country, and, when you are not signed in, count which provider profiles you opened in the last 30 days (up to 3, to show the free-view limit).

Service providers we use

We use hosting, email delivery and, for AI features, a language-model service. We send them only what is needed to provide the feature.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or withdraw consent, on the Your data page.
